The ideal candidate will have excellent operating skills and at least 2 years' experience in a similar role. You'll also have a great attitude and sense of humour, be a problem solver and keen to get stuck in with no mucking around. About The Role

LeaderBrand is a powerhouse in New Zealand's veggie and salad production, family-owned and leading the charge from our three farms. We're on the hunt for dedicated team members to join our skilled crew at our Gisborne farm.

You'll be part of a strong team that lays the groundwork for the successful growing of top-quality veggies and salads using a mix of standard and specialised equipment and technology. If you're capable of operating various equipment and thrive on the ever-changing and challenging ag environment, we want you on our team

Key responsibilities:

  • Operate a range of tractors, harvesters and associated equipment
  • Assist in land development using a range of skills and equipment
  • Perform machinery maintenance
  • Assist with wider farm operations, including property / estate maintenance

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Tractor / machinery operating experience
