The opportunity – Te tūranga

As the Campaign Executive, reporting to the Campaign Manager in our Revenue team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing a portfolio of linear advertising campaigns from the initial brief, through daily monitoring, to campaign post analysis (including sponsorships).

  • Ensure customer advertising placement and buying requirements are delivered on time, on budget and on plan.
  • Ensure all sponsorship obligations are set in place and managed with care.
  • Accurate data entry of buying requirements and creative into the relevant operating systems.
  • Maintain and track campaign performance including spend, discount, and CPT.
  • Manage advertiser instructions and material ensuring it adheres to industry standards.
  • Demonstrate competency and understanding of all relevant operating tools and systems.
  • Able to cope in high pressure situations and understand the priority of tasks and deadlines.

What we're looking for – Tā mātou e kimi nei

Experience and Knowledge

  • Passion and knowledge of the advertising & broadcasting industry and the changing media landscape.
  • Tertiary qualification in Communication, Advertising and/or Media preferred.
  • Computer literate and able to learn new operating systems quickly.
  • Reasonable experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
