About the Role
As an Integration Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure integration solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders, providing technical leadership, strategic guidance, and hands-on support to deliver world-class enterprise solutions.
Beyond solution delivery, you will contribute to pre-sales activities, architectural strategy, and RFP responses, while mentoring junior team members and fostering best practices in integration and digital transformation.

What You'll Do
Integration Architecture & Technology Leadership

  • Design and implement modern integration architectures using APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud technologies.
  • Develop integration frameworks and patterns that prioritize security, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Provide strategic guidance on best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
  • Ensure seamless integration of systems across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
Project Leadership & Delivery
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and design tailored integration solutions.
  • Lead technical teams, providing oversight, hands-on support, and mentorship.
  • Ensure solution quality through documentation, code reviews, and best practice adoption.
  • Manage technical escalations and guide teams in problem-solving and decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement & Pre-Sales Support
  • Work with executive-level (CxO) stakeholders to define integration strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Support pre-sales activities by scoping projects, developing proof-of-concepts, and responding to RFPs.
  • Present technical solutions to clients, partners, and internal teams in a clear and compelling manner.
About You
  • 5+ years in a client-facing Integration/Solution Architect role, delivering enterprise-level cloud solutions.
  • 10+ years in software development or technical consulting, particularly in ERP, CRM, or enterprise integrations.
  • Strong experience with API development, OpenAPI, RESTful architectures, and event-driven integration patterns.
  • Expertise in leading integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato) and cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of microservices, message queues, and security best practices in integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology.
  • Experience working in Agile and hybrid project environments.
  • A natural collaborator with a passion for mentoring, solution design, and digital innovation.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in computer science, information systems, or related field (preferred).
  • Certifications in integration platforms and cloud technologies are a plus.
