We are looking for a talented, driven and motivated client facing Commercial Account Executive (100-1000 seats) to help drive the outbound efforts of a high-performing, goal orientated, New Zealand based sales team. Now at 500+ staff in ANZ, with $1Bn revenues, our client has experienced unprecedented levels of growth. Specialising in Customer Experience and Digital Communication solutions, they have achieved recent recognition as one of the Most Innovative Companies on the globe.

As a Account Executive, you will be tasked with:

  • Proactively closing new business deals through solution based selling (targeting mid-market, 50-500 seats)
  • Prospecting through cold-calling, emailing, networking events and LI Sales Navigator
  • Own the entire sales cycle, with a key focus on product demonstrations and closing deals - many leads will be provided by your assigned Sales Development Representative
  • Reach and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Mastering the ability to evangelise our clients' story

About you:

  • You have 3+ years of full cycle sales experience, preferably selling solution/software products to the mid-market/commercial, enterprise and/or government sectors
  • You are driven, hungry, energetic and motivated to succeed in the tech sales industry.
  • You have a tenacious hunger to win new business and close deals
  • You posses experience in carrying a monthly sales quota and KPI's within commission compensation structure
  • You are confident, well-presented, have good questioning skills and a great sense of humour
  • Fully flexible working
