Job Overview

You will lead the creative vision for a new and exciting game IP. Your role will be pivotal in understanding diverse player needs and market dynamics to create a game that captivates a global audience. Through your creative leadership, you will unite various cultural perspectives and ensure a cohesive and innovative development process.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and communicate a compelling creative vision for the game, focusing on innovative gameplay, narrative, and world-building.
  2. Build and lead a dynamic creative core team, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  3. Deeply understand the needs and motivations of a global audience, utilizing data and player feedback to inform game design.
  4. Collaborate with other leaders to align the game's creative direction with the studio's global strategy and technological advancements.
  5. Balance creative vision with technical feasibility, ensuring innovative yet executable game designs.
  6. Mentor and inspire the broader team, promoting an environment that values creativity, professional growth, and diversity.

Qualifications

  1. At least 10+ years of experience in game development, with a significant portion in creative leadership roles.
  2. Proven track record in developing or significantly contributing to successful games.
  3. Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, capable of collaborating with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Open-minded and receptive to different cultures and ideas.
  2. Experience working with and leading teams from various countries around the world, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
  3. A strong appreciation for diverse perspectives and the ability to integrate these into the creative process.
