What will you be doing?Tower is currently recruiting a part-time Reception and Events Specialist to join our Tower whānau. This role is based at our stunning 6 Green Star Rated building at 136 Fanshawe Street.
This is a busy role, and no two days are the same. Vital to this role will be delivering Tower's front-of-house activities relating to Visitor Management, site & office administration, Facilities, and Events. In addition, you will also assist the Administration Manager with key Health & Safety activities.
Part-time hours will be Monday - Friday 8.30H00 - 13.00H00
What you'll needWe are looking for someone with a "can-do" attitude, a sense of humour, and a friendly face to greet internal and external stakeholders. It goes without saying that you have exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and build relationships with your team and the wider business.
To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following:- NCEA levels
- Ability to manage a busy workload with great planning skills
- A people person that builds relationships quickly that relates to all personalities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task with great prioritization
- Strong customer service and interpersonal savvy skills
