This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous accounts admin experience to come in and take a lead on all things AP and AR with a successful but down to earth company who really value flexibility and work life balance. This role would really suit someone who is dedicated and passionate about their work, who will give 110% and be rewarded with flexibility and a great work culture. This is a permanent, full time role. However, if you are looking for slightly fewer than full time hours, for example perhaps school hours, this company could also consider this.
The role
This is a varied role, in which you'll take the lead on all things accounts admin, including AP, AR, and bank reconciliations. It will suit someone who is customer focused and enjoys wearing a few hats.
- Managing accounts inbox
- Process supplier invoices for payment
- Deal with all AP and AR related enquiries and discrepancies
- Managing Customer Credit Applications, limits and holds
- Customer account reconciliations and allocating payments
- Debtor management and collections on overdue accounts
- Credit note processing
- Sending monthly statements to customers
- Reconciliations of balances
- Supporting Finance Business Partner
What we're looking for
- 2+ years Accounts experience, ideally with some credit control / debtor management
- Someone passionate and dedicated to their work
- A team player who's happy to chip in and wear a few hats
- Business Central experience beneficial but not required
