We're looking for reliable and motivated Cleaner to join our team at Invercargill.

We have a part-time opportunity available, with shifts across weekdays and weekends.

Hourly rates on offer: $24.25

Thursday 11:30 - 14:00

Friday 10:30am - 14:30

Saturday 15:00 - 21:00

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning duties to a high standard.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors.
• Clean amenities, including toilets and washrooms.
• Collect and dispose of rubbish.
• Spot clean furniture and high-touch surfaces.
• Clean internal and external glass as required.
• Dust and wipe down hard surfaces.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous cleaning experience (commercial cleaning experience is highly regarded).
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• A reliable, punctual and positive work ethic.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• A strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Experience using floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers or sweepers is an advantage.
