About the Role:

As the Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered while maintaining operational efficiency.

You'll lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellence, while managing the home's strategic and financial performance.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding resident care

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements

Oversee budgeting, occupancy, and financial reporting

Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of care and service

Engage with residents, families, and the wider community to build positive relationships

Ideal Candidate:

Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets
