Room Attendant Job Description

Join our team as a Room Attendant and be responsible for keeping guestrooms clean and assisting guests during their stay.

What will I be doing?
  • Complete all assigned work to the highest cleanliness standards and Hilton policies.
  • Protect guests' privacy during service.
  • Assist guests with their requests.
  • Clean and restock guestrooms.
  • Perform turndown service as needed.
  • Keep master keys secure.
  • Maintain well-stocked and organized trolleys.
  • Ensure equipment is in good condition.
  • Keep linen room orderly.
  • Report any damages or losses.
  • Provide excellent service to guests.
  • Foster good relationships with colleagues and other departments.

Requirements

What are we looking for? To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

  • High school diploma and skills training.
  • Minimum 1 year of Housekeeping experience.
  • 1-2 years of similar experience in international hotels.
  • Proficient in English for business purposes.
  • Understanding of housekeeping operations.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
