JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assuring customers get the products they are looking for, by providing product recommendation that best meet their needs
  • Dealing with customers queries and issues timely and effectively
  • Packing online orders on request
  • Ensure the store sales and inventories all correctly accounted for
  • Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
  • Stocking shelves with vape products
  • Keeping the store tidy and clean
  • Commitment to work on weekends
  • Additional duties when needed
  • Retail Assistant full time/part time

PERSONAL SKILLS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Active listening and communication skills
  • Maintaining a helpful and polite manner and approach
  • Proactive and detail oriented
  • Reliable and enthusiastic
  • Be computer literate, knowledge of POS will be preferred.
