About this role:

Ballantynes has a world-class Beauty Hall with 18 Beauty houses including flagship concepts exclusive to the South Island. We are committed to providing a service unmatched by any other beauty department in New Zealand.


Ballantynes are seeking an individual whose makeup artistry skills along with a flair for providing exceptional and personalised customer service, will leave customers with a lasting impression.

Your genuine passion for the brand will highlight your sales skills and you will enjoy working within a fast paced but great team environment.


Key responsibilities:

  • Generating sales through welcoming service and expert knowledge.
  • Assisting with the daytoday operational activities as required within the department.
  • Ensuring the Company's Vision and Mission Statements are supported.
  • Proven cosmetics sales success
  • Passion for providing quality customer service and leaving a lasting impression
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Reliable, confident and passionate about beauty
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A professional who takes pride in their standard of work and customer care
This role is 27.5 hours per week working Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
