Carry out allocated cleaning duties, achieving established standards of cleanliness and presentation to meet guest's needs.

  • Clean rooms and public areas according to Hotel standards within set timeframes
  • Recording any technical issues and maintenance needs
  • Maintain confidentiality with guest information and hotel data
  • Ensure the back of house areas are kept clean and tidy at all times

Qualifications

  • Friendly personality is a must
  • Prior understanding of cleaning standards and procedures is an advantage but not essential
  • A keen eye for detail and passion for quality and presentation
  • Professional and welcoming demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
