We provide world-renowned genetics and technology products, empowering dairy farmers to create more sustainable and profitable farms.

About the Role
This role is a great opportunity to make an impact in LIC's core Artificial Breeding (AB) space. This will involve the smooth day to day running of AB Technician groups in an allocated area. This role will support the AB Technicians to maintain LIC's high standard of performance.

Your role will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Regional AB Operations Managers to ensure the efficient running of the applicable AB region
  • Mating Plan Management managing Technician numbers to ensure we can deliver LIC's products and services to our customers
  • Employee management, wellbeing, training and quality control to ensure that all AB Technicians are thriving on farm
  • Personal responsibility to uphold a strong focus on Health and Safety including completing facility assessments to ensure our AB Tech's are safe on farm
This is a seasonal position, running from approx. July 2023 to February 2024
