Scrum Master to play a pivotal role in helping teams deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key requirements for the role include:

  • Strong understanding of the Scrum framework, Agile principles and software development practices
  • Ability to facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Experience coaching and mentoring teams to improve their performance, quality, and delivery speed
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges to ensure team success
  • Passion for continuous learning and improvement, both for yourself and your teams


As the Scrum Master, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Scrum teams and ensuring that they are delivering high-quality products and services that meet the needs of our customers.

You will work closely with our development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.


What we're looking for:

  • 12 years experience as a Scrum Master supporting engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of scrum and agile principles
  • Confidence in more than one coaching stance
  • The ability to facilitate and command a room and guide conversations back on track
  • Proven ability to coach teams to deliver iteratively and continuously
