About you:

• Be available to start as soon as possible (we have a variety of assignments that are different lengths, we can discuss these further with you)
• Prior experience in a team environment and/or handling secretarial services
• Excellent time and diary management
• Minute taking experience
• High attention to detail
• Agility to support multiple people simultaneously
• Be a strong communicator with both excellent written and oral communications skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and clients
• Be computer savvy with proficient MS Office skills, specifically
• Word, Typing, PowerPoint and Excel
