Some more information about the role
***You will be joining the Palmerston North team in a senior account management capacity and although you will have an existing portfolio to manage, you will also be required to grow this in the mid-market space.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Developing and nurturing key relationships
  • Providing sound technical advice and ensuring that this is supported by the relevant policy documentation
  • Recognising growth opportunities and being a brand ambassador wherever possible
  • Focusing on client facing interactions and being a true risk expert
  • Working collaboratively with the other brokers, account managers and broker support staff

***This role is suited to an experienced commercial broker who comes with at least 5 years' experience. If you are looking for a change of scenery and to join a well-respected, growing, industry leader, this could be a great opportunity for you. If you consider yourself to be highly customer-centric, pro-active and have a proven track record, please get in touch.

In order to be considered, you will need to have your Level 5 certification and be FSP registered. Having worked in the commercial space, a solid knowledge of fire and general policies would be a given. An existing local network would of course be highly beneficial but is not essential.
