We're looking for an experienced infrastructure professional, to join our IST Operations Team.

You will provide expert engineering support and advice on a day-to-day basis mainly on the Azure platform but also on-premise Active Directory.

You will play a key role in providing technical leadership, developing roadmaps and plans for Parliament's core cloud platform. There are other interesting areas to be manged with our identity systems and automation.

Ngā haepapa | Responsibilities:

  • Managing the core Azure platform
  • Maintaining the core of our identity systems and integrations, Azure AD, Active Directory.
  • Managing core platform resources for domains, certificate registrations and access e.g. RBAC
  • Provide technical leadership for our automation
  • Be a key technical resource for projects
  • Be a trusted advisor withing IST and wider Parliament

Your ability to build strong relationships and influence within the parliamentary environment will be key to your success in this role, as will your flexibility, critical thinking skills and creativity.

The appointing base salary for this role is $105,980 to $121,738 per annum.

Appointments will be based on skills, experience and relativity (remuneration band extends beyond the appointing salary range to account for tenure progression).
