As Warehouse Manager you will be integral to the warehouse operation, leading by example and fostering a positive team spirit within the warehouse.

Your primary focus will be on managing the overall function of the warehouse, while overseeing and providing guidance to a small team.


The role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Managing the inwards flow of goods from inbound shipments
  • Order despatch and distribution of goods
  • Stock control; maintain stock levels, replenishing and packaging
  • Active management and control of freight costs
  • Despatch of orders received in a timely manner
  • Develop and implement warehouse and inventory monitoring systems and procedures
  • Ensuring site Health and Safety policies are strictly adhered to
  • Be actively involved in continuous improvement of policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to evaluate and analyse inventory variations
  • Championing a positive working environment where the job is done right the first time it's all about teamwork
  • Identifying opportunities for improvements
