Cardinal Logistics is a leading provider to the Transport and Logistics industry. With over 30 years' experience, servicing some of New Zealand's well know companies in food, beverage, and personal healthcare.


We offer an end-to-end logistics solution to our customers, which offers the opportunity for our team members to develop, upskill and progress within the business.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday morning shift 6:00 am - 2.30pm or evening shift 2.30 pm-11:00 pm

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all operational tasks are completed during your shift
  • Ensuring all warehouse activities are completed in an efficient manner
  • Managing performance reports of your team
  • Providing team with relevant warehouse training
  • Managing team members and ensure Health and Safety protocols are adhered to
  • Ensuring the warehouse equipment is managed well and cared for
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics/ warehousing
  • Qualification in logistics or supply chain management (desirable)
  • People management experience
  • Sound understanding of inventory management and warehouse management systems
  • MHE license favourable (aisle master, reach truck, counter balance, pallet truck)
  • Strong work ethic, a positive attitude and high attention to detail
