Remuneration for this position under the KTCA will be $103,622.00 gross per annum, with a generous 6 weeks of annual leave each year.

We are looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable leader who:

• Is motivated and able to put current theory into practice
• Has a demonstrated knowledge of ECE business operational requirements eg: staffing, funding and licensing criteria
• Is able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Te Whāriki
• Is a strong advocate for tamariki
• Is committed to te ao Māori, Te Tiriti o Waitangi and te reo Māori me ona tikanga
• Is able to work within a team dedicated to supporting the social and emotional growth of tamariki
• Is willing to create and maintain strong relationships with the wider community and outside agencies

Requirements for this role:

• hold current practising certificate and first aid certification
• entitled to work in New Zealand
