Turndown Attendant

You are at the heart of the hotel As a Turndown Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them in the evening.

This gesture has long been a symbol of luxury.

Starting from 5pm until 8pm this is the perfect opportunity and no experience is required

What you will be doing:

  • A turndown service is the preparation through out the evening of a room for a guest to sleep in by turning back the comforter on the bed, dimming the lights, and pulling the drapes.
  • Refreshing the washrooms and replenishing amenities and clean items, for example towels.
  • Washing crockery and glassware if required.
  • Filling the kettle with fresh water.
  • Placing slippers near the bed.
  • Placing turndown amenities on the bed ready for the morning with chocolates and Chamomile tea with the breakfast menu.

Your experience and skills include:

  • Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
