In this
Night Supervisor role, you will oversee and support our night operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our clients and customers.

This opportunity offers a chance to make a real impact while working within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

You'll:

  • Lead a team of night staff to deliver exceptional security services you'll be working on site 45 days a week but have overall responsibility for the 7 day roster.
  • Implement and oversee safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address security needs.

_Please note that this is not a Monday - Friday position, hours of work will include weekend nights (Saturday and Sundays) so you'll need to have flexibility to work these hours._

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and risk management
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Valid security license or relevant certifications
  • Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in security management or related field
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR
  • Proficiency in using security equipment and technology
