Mō tātou Ratonga | About our Service
Waikato Hospital is a tertiary referral cardiac centre and is centrally located in the Waikato region of New Zealand.

It provides a range of elective and acute diagnostic and interventional procedures:

  • Coronary and PCI studies, alongside structural heart procedures.
  • Electrophysiology studies including 3D mapping.
  • Implantation of permanent pacemakers and ICD's.
  • Noninvasive work: Holter, event and BP monitoring, ETT's, full device clinic follow up including travelling clinics to the midland region.
There is no echo component in this role.

Required skills & experience you will need to be considered for this role:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
  • Registered with the Clinical Physiologists Registration Board (CPRB)
