The role


We have a great opportunity for a Despatch Coordinator to join our team based at our head office in East Tamaki, Auckland offering free onsite car parking, on site café and a modern work environment.

Your key responsibilities will be to provide excellence in customer services for Waste Management's customer-base, by answering customer enquiries/requests, scheduling daily work for operators, monitoring, and managing routes and coordinating drivers.


Building strong customer relationships as well as proactively identifying and informing customers of any operational delays will play an integral part in this role.


About you
To be successful in this role you will have proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. You also bring a proactive and positive attitude and the ability to instantly build rapport with customers.

You are customer-centric, a strong relationship builder, flexible, have high attention to detail and good time management. Experience in using MS Office especially Word and Excel are also essential for this role.
