What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

  • Serve as a servantleader and coach multiple agile teams.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance the understanding of agile principles and practices.
  • Work closely with Business Relationship Managers and other roles to ensure alignment and smooth execution
  • Define and track key performance metrics related to agile success.
  • Generate and analyse reports to identify areas for improvement and celebrate achievements.

To be successful in this role you will have / be able to

  • Solid understanding of agile principles and practices
  • Experience implementing and facilitating agile ceremonies
  • Ability to serve as a servantleader and facilitate collaboration among team members.
  • Skill in fostering a culture of transparency, openness, and continuous improvement.
  • Capability to provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
