The role will include, but not limited to:1.
Fit, assemble and weld metal parts and sub assemblies to fabricate production machines and other relevant equipment2.
Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures3.
Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements4.
Set up components for welding according to specifications5.
Operate various manual and automated welding equipment for welding work6.
Weld small and large components by using relevant tools7.
Assess welded surface, structures and components to identify errors8.
Follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing heat-resistant gloves,protective masks, and safety shoes9.
Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps10.
Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws11.
Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety12.
May erect machines and equipment on-sits as requested13.
Other duties may be reasonably required
Requirements

At least 3 years working experiences with verified experience
Relevant qualification is preferable but not a must
Attention to details and a hard-working attitude;
Physically capable to perform heavy work be able to work overtime
Excellent work ethic and great time management passion for the industry;
The successful candidate must not have any criminal convictions
