Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Manager and as a key member of the store leadership team, we are looking for the right person to join us.


Our ideal applicant:

  • Minimum 23 years previous experience leading a team in a retail environment
  • Big box retail experience beneficial
  • Coaching skills to develop and mentor future leaders beneficial
  • Strong multitasking and time management ability

Who we are:


Riviera Hardware Holdings Limited (RHHL) owns and operates Mitre 10 MEGA Albany, Mitre 10 MEGA Warkworth, Mitre 10 MEGA New Lynn and Mitre 10Whangaparaoa.

We also operate our four Columbus Coffee shops within our stores. We deliver Prenail Frame and Truss solutions through Riviera Prenail and manage our own importing via Riviera Imports.

in the middle of this year we will open a 5th store - Mitre 10 MEGA Silverdale to add to the group.
