Job Description:


A rare and exciting opportunity has recently become available for an
Analyst to join our industry-leading
Capital Markets team in our
award-winning waterfront CBD office.


Our Capital Markets team is the most experienced commercial property sales team in the New Zealand market and the leading agency team for high-value asset sales, having sold many of the largest and most complex assets in New Zealand's history across the retail, commercial and development sectors.


The value you'll add

  • Deliver highquality, datadriven analysis and presentations
  • Analyse data from internal and external sources to generate reports and support advisory assignments
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Maintain knowledge on market conditions and trends
  • Collaborate with the Team Assistant to ensure consistency across all collateral

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Property, Finance, or Commerce or 5 years' relevant experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
