The Opportunity:

As a paving specialist, you will lead our Paving Constructions crew across paving projects that are Auckland based and across Kaitaia to the Bombay Hills.

Joining us as a Paving Supervisor you will mentor, coach, and lead one of our four Paving crews to oversee and coordinate all aspects of paving projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.

You'll be a skilled operator, leading from the front on safe and practical processes, driving collaboration in the team through both day and night shift rotations.

In addition to the above, you'll:

• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment and monitor and manage resources effectively to optimise project efficiency
• Manage a safe work environment for all employees, subcontractors and the public
• Provide effective service delivery and interaction with customers and stakeholders
• Encourage, guide and develop your crew

What you will bring to the role:

• Proven experience in paving and civil construction projects
• In depth knowledge of paving techniques, materials and equipment
• Hold a Class 2 License and WTR Endorsement is preferred
• Previous people management experience
• Be able to interpret and deliver against plans.
