Key responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the cafe
  • Monitoring and managing the cafe's budget, ensuring financial goals are met
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Creating and managing staff schedules
  • Collaborating with the chef or kitchen staff to develop and update the menu
  • Planning and organising functions
  • Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
  • Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements:
