Are you a seasoned risk and compliance professional looking to make a significant impact and drive transformation? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Risk & Compliance Manager to join our client's team in Auckland.

This fixed-term contract role allows you to utilize your expertise in risk and compliance while supporting the high-profile transformation of non-financial risk.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of compliance risk within the nonfinancial risk framework.
  • Enhance compliance capability and collaborate with BAU becoming a trusted partner driving culture change in the organisation
  • Provide timely and expert advice on compliance risk adoption
  • Build trust and become a trusted advisor to our leadership and business, actively driving and supporting risk transformation initiatives.

Industry-specific experience:

  • Strong understanding of the regulatory environment in New Zealand, particularly within the Financial Services industry.
  • Extensive risk frameworks experience
  • Practical experience in leading through change and transformation projects

Skills:

  • Ability to establish strong, collaborative relationships, with excellent communication and influencing skills, including interactions with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to navigate large and complex organizations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical abilities
