ABOUT THE ROLE

With business booming, on behalf of our client, we are on the hunt for an experienced Logistics Co-Ordinator to be the Group Logistics Manager's right-hand person.

The role is varied with wide exposure across the business; you will be supporting the sales department in the planning and controlling of stock, stock movement, identifying and arranging for work to be carried out on vehicles.

From New, Used, to Stock Vehicles no day will be the same.

  • Receiving new stock
  • Purchase orders and prebook work
  • Arrange COFs and other compliances.
  • Maintain stock movement between dealers and suppliers.
  • Liaise closely with the sales and after sales team to follow through on vehicle action plans.
  • Use the computer network and dealer management system to maintain information.
  • Pick up and drop off vehicles (if you have class 2 or 4 licenses ideal not essential)

ABOUT YOU:


You will have a Customer Service focus and the ability to provide administration support to a high level with functional use of Excel.

Knowledge in logistics/distribution within the automotive industry will be highly regarded.

  • Solid administration experience (within a dealership environment preferred but not essential)
  • Impeccable time management and attention to detail skills coupled with clear written and verbal communication skills is important.
  • High level of personal presentation and professional image
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team, contribute ideas and knowledge share
  • Class 2 license, or the want to get one ideal
