Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Our Scrum Masters help teams to work together effectively and deliver high-quality results using Agile development principles.

  • You will be responsible for facilitating best practices in Agile ways of working and delivery across our core Data and Technology teams.
  • You will be a master of Agile ways of working, helping the team understand Agile values, principles and practices. This includes facilitating Scrum ceremonies, impediment removal, knowledge of Agile best practices and measuring the performance of your teams.
  • You will also play a key role in managing stakeholder relationships and expectations along with our Product Owners.
  • You will coach the teams to continuously improve the quality and speed of delivery to realise customer and business value.
Mōu - About you

You will have excellent communication and facilitation skills across all levels, including working with business leaders, and experience with helping change mind-sets and behaviours.


Alongside this you'll have:

  • 3+ years working in an Agile environment
  • 1+ year working as the Scrum Master for a Scrum team
  • Knowledge and experience of Kanban
  • Experience working within an IT environment
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile teams

All of our roles undergo a remuneration grading process and have an approved salary band. The salary band for this role commences from $100,000.

Appointment salary and position in salary band range will depend on the skills, experience and capability of the successful applicant.
