About MEGA:

MEGA The Privacy Company provides global services from its Head Office in Auckland.

We launched in 2013 and have grown to a global team of more than 200 people who are motivated by next-generation technology and design, supporting more than 270M registered users on our desktop and mobile apps across all major platforms.

MEGA is currently undergoing significant growth and is preparing for the launch of several landmark product and feature releases in the short-term future.

We are actively adopting the Agile approach to our project governance processes, and are looking to hire an experienced Agile Coach to achieve this end.

About the role:

As our Agile Coach, you will take charge of MEGA's adoption of the Agile approach, directing our Scrum Masters and interfacing with internal leadership as you work to instill the principles of the framework within functional teams as well as across the wider organisation.

The core responsibilities of the role include:

  • Training others to fulfill the role of Scrum Master/Coach, with a view to enabling us to scale the Agile approach across the organisation
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders within the Product and Engineering teams to identify and drive improvements across the endtoend delivery of our products, providing real value for our users
This role can be remote, and we offer flexible work arrangements for employees based at our Auckland office.

About you:

The role requires the ability to work at pace and engage with teams across the globe.

An adaptable, inclusive leader, you exhibit:

  • Ease in engaging and motivating diverse teams of people
  • International cultural awareness, and the ability to tailor your approach accordingly
  • Experience introducing a new approach and rolling it out across an entire business
  • Familiarity with establishing and running async and 100% remote scrum teams across different time zones.
Moreover, you will actively demonstrate MEGA's values, taking ownership of your work and pursuing constant improvement and innovation

You have:

  • A professional work ethic and the capacity to act decisively and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical problemsolving ability and thorough attention to detail
  • Outstanding people skills; a strong collaborative focus and the proven ability to coordinate many moving parts in order to achieve set outcomes
  • Passion for bestpractice project governance; a keen awareness of changing trends, methodology, and approaches
  • Excellent business acumen, including the ability to turn complex projects into practical, actionable 'game plans'

Qualifications
Ideally, you will hold one or more certifications from the Agile Coaching track, such as ICP-ACC.

What MEGA offers:
