They are looking for a dispatcher to join their Karapiro team to help keep their truck delivery running smoothly and get product to their clients without any delays.

About the role

• Hours of work potentially are
  Monday to Friday 09: Flexible options) and every third Saturday:
• Taking client orders over the phone and inputing into the system (Order Master)
• Managing the orders and allocating to drivers for delivery

Relationship management

• It is about creating relationships with customers and drivers, and making things run smoothly and efficiently
• You will be working in a bluecollar environment, in an active quarry yard, so swap your high heels for flat shoes
• Responsibilities included timely responses to clients, entering orders into "Order Master" System and be accurate in ordering measure twice cut once

This role requires the following:

• Previous experience with systems would be advantage but not essential
• All training will be given
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and thinking on your feet
• Willingness to learn quickly and interested in being upskilled to grow in your career
• Hold good time management skills to support daily delivery and operations
• A person that is punctual and reliable, as you will be an integral part of this company success
