You will work with the College Foundation, which is a Charitable Trust, established to work in partnership with the College management and staff to build and maintain a strong capital base to ensure the long-term independence and financial security for the College.


Working alongside their Marketing team and leading their Development team, the Philanthropy Manager leads the planning, development and implementation of strategic fundraising initiatives for the College.

This position advocates for Philanthropic support of the College to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of giving through annual and regular giving, targeted appeals and major-level and principal-level gifts.

The role:

  • Fundraising develop and implement a range of giving programs.
  • Build and strengthen the participation of philanthropy among a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of current and potential principal, major, and midlevel gift donors.
  • Attend network, development and community relations events.
  • Working with the Marketing and Communications team to create relevant collateral.
  • Communicate donor/impact stories through appropriate channels.
  • Develop and deliver tailored donor relations activities for donors.
  • Create templates for acknowledgement purposes, pledge reminders and other communication purposes, ensuring quality and rotation of messages.
  • Produce donorcentred annual stewardship reports.
