We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and welcoming Receptionist to join our supportive, passionate team at our PhysioFIRST clinic (in the Three Rivers Medical Centre), part of Geneva Healthcare.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service to join the PhysioFIRST team on a permanent basis.

As a Clinic Receptionist you will be responsible for making sure each client receives exceptional care and all clinical administration is completed within a timely manner.

• Booking appointments with clients including follow up and documentation
• Liaising with GP's and funders
• Updating and managing computer systems
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Overseeing the cleanliness of the clinic

• A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Understanding of, and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
• Experience with administration is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to prioritise and manage tasks efficiently
