About the role

  • Supporting partners as well as the wider team of lawyers
  • Preparing documentation; legal documents, presentations, reports, statements
  • Formatting documents with a focus on document design in relation to legal advice / presentations
  • Liaising with clients
  • Administering monthly billing processes
  • A wide range of other administrative and PA duties as required
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • A good level of knowledge in the Microsoft Office package including excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other appropriate mediums would be a real advantage.
  • An eye for detail and a high standard of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • A "cando" and happy to help attitude with the ability to be flexible and operate as part of a team.
  • Some IT know how experience with Zoom.
  • A proactive approach to your work the ability to work on tasks unprompted and anticipate needs.
  • Impeccable time management skills and an ability to prioritise.
Full training will be given, so experience in a similar role is not required.
