About the Role
Our client specialises in custom Sheetmetal fabrication. They are a well
- established operation based on the North shore that is quickly expanding. They are now seeking a self-motivated, mechanically minded individual who is keen to undertake a Light Sheet Metal Fabrication Apprenticeship. You will need to have a can-do, positive attitude, be keen to learn and have a great work ethic.

Duties:

You will have the opportunity to be trained in the following areas;

  • Reading Drawings
  • Fabrication of metalwork
  • Welding of aluminium, stainless and steel
  • General workshop duties
  • Assisting Tradesmen on large fabrication jobs

Skills and Experience:

  • Mechanically minded or an interest in fabrication work, a distinct advantage
  • High attention to detail
  • Quick learner with an excellent work ethic
  • Selfmotivated with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to commit to a 4 year Apprenticeship
