Opportunity with CMW
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced draftsperson to join our team and support our New Zealand operation. You can be based in one of our 5 locations in
Auckland North, Auckland South, Hamilton, Rotorua or Tauranga.

To be successful in this position you will need to be hard working, have a sense of urgency, great communication skills and an eye for detail.

You will take pride in trying to get things right the first time and enjoy computer based work.

Reporting to the Office Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Drafting of geological ground models and preparation of site plans using Civil 3D;
• Drafting and design of civil/geotechnical drawings for a variety of civil and geotechnical engineering projects throughout New Zealand;
• Worked in an engineering environment or consultancy
• Experience in drafting civil, geotechnical or related drawings and details;
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD Civil3D;
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software such as Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Thorough and accurate;
• The ability to manage workload to meet project deadlines;
