Position Description We're Seeking experienced Petroleum Engineers for the Unconventional Reservoir Engineering Department in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Reporting to UR Development Strategy Manager, requires expertise in economic evaluation, business planning, budgeting, field development, and investment decision analysis.

Role involves strategic options for unconventional development, optimizing upstream portfolio, and liaising with internal organizations.

Duties And Responsibilities Conduct economic modeling for commerciality assessments, support fast-paced development decisions through economic evaluation, collaborating with Corporate Finance, Strategy, and Reserves teams.

Evaluate risk and uncertainty, perform scenario planning, and sensitivity studies as directed.
Work with multi-disciplinary teams on field development plans, proficient in reserves estimation, and business planning.
Provide economic and operational benchmarking for North American Unconventional Plays.
Develop and implement work processes, mentor Saudi engineers, and represent in external forums.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related science; advanced degree in Petroleum Economics or Statistics is advantageous.

Min 12-15 years of experience, with 5-8 years in unconventional plays like shale, tight sand, or channel reservoirs, and experience in unconventional hydrocarbon basins.

Preference given to candidates with experience in unconventional green field development.
Knowledge of applications such as PEEP, MOSAIC, Enersight, PVTsim, Project RA, and Spotfire is required.

Essential Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity in analysis.
Strong computer and data analysis/statistical skills, with expertise in Spotfire for visualization.
Proficiency in economic sensitivities and business planning acumen.
Solid organizational and time management skills, ability to work with limited data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to generate management reports.
Broad knowledge in drilling, stimulation, and production technologies.
