This role will provide clerical and reception support within Ward 74, a 27 bed ward, caring for patients from the following specialities; Otorhinolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.


You will work alongside a supportive team in a fun, friendly and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

**Your key tasks in this role will include: - **- Customer service

  • Reception duties
  • Admission, discharge and transfer of patients
  • Management of clinical paperwork
  • Booking outpatient follow up appointments


We are looking for someone who is adaptive and flexible, has a positive attitude, excellent communication and great attention to detail.

You must have a minimum of two years clerical experience with good keyboard skills and excellent frontline reception skills.
