The key elements of a landscaper's job evolve around Landscape Construction, Quality, Health & Safety and Team Work.-
Landscape Construction
You install hardscapes and softscapes to our clients' specification.
Depending on the project and your skills, that can include planting, mulching, timber works, concreting, paving and installing irrigation.

Quality
Your work is of the highest standard, you are thorough and take pride in doing well.
What you don't know yet, you'll learn from your Team Leader or Site Manager.

Health & Safety
You make sure you and your work mates go home unharmed every day.
You come to work in a fit mental and physical state and you wear and use safety gear.
You only work with equipment you are trained to use.

Team Work
Our landscapers work in teams of 2-5 and support each other.
You are an active team member, you all have each other's back and all support the Team Leader in maintaining great relationships with clients.
Desired Skills and Experience:
SiteSafe certification is a requirement for all our commercial Landscapers, but if you don't have that yet, we'll sign you up to the course before your first day.
Ideally, you'll come with landscaping or construction work experience and you are able to identify plants commonly used in landscaping.
