Your primary responsibility is to provide our audience with a first-class news service by producing top quality news photos and video for digital, print, social and television platforms from across the Waikato region.
You'll work closely with the rest of the newsroom and the wider Stuff group to help create the best stories possible.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Producing top quality photos and videos for our digital, print, social and television platforms.
- Working collaboratively across the group and ensuring your newsroom contributes strongly to both national and local stories.
- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience working in a newsroom
- The ability to capture, select and edit appropriate visuals
- The desire to provide readers with high quality content
- A natural flair for storytelling
- TV experience an advantage
