SIGNMAKING MACHINE OPERATOR

Mon to Fri 6am to 2:30pm

$26 p/hour

This position would suit someone who is motivated, enjoys being challenged at work, and is keen to be involved in all aspects of sign manufacturing.

Tasks include:

  • Cutting of aluminium sheets
  • Shaping panels
  • Attach extrusion materials to panels
  • Lift and move heavy panels
  • Learn sign making and screen printing, as cover may be required

Skills and Attributes:
-
Previous experience with pressers/welding equipment/guillotines/metal fabrication:

  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Physically fit to endure being on your feet throughout entire shift
  • Able to handle heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
  • Willingness to learn other jobs
