We're now seeking an experienced, talented and disciplined Junior Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in delivering a great variety of nutritious and healthy meals and there is an extensive range of opportunities to showcase your culinary skills.

You'll be passionate about your craft, have a genuine enthusiasm for quality ingredients and love being part of a team delivering exceptional food.

This role requires a customer focused person committed to the continued delivery of quality services with proven experience working in high quality, reputable restaurants.

The ability to organise and manage staff, providing leadership and training is essential.
