The role is based in Onehunga and provides the opportunity to take the reigns of this marketing function across multiple channels.


Job Purpose:

Assist with warehouse operations particularly during busy periods and when other staff are on leave.

Assist with other operational areas as time permits during the working day.

Specific duties and responsibilities

  • Assist with picking and packing goods as required by the company
  • Assist with inventory management in stock control, particularly regular counting/checking of stock
  • Assist Procurement to maintain stock levels
  • Assist Customer Service and Sales with technical product queries
  • Undertake various administrative duties as required
  • Assist with ERP improvements and data insights
  • Assist with Maintaining the company Health and Safety registers
  • Book freight pickups and couriers
  • Deal with overseas/export freight and courier companies.

General Duties

  • Be punctual and work the hours and times specified.
  • Prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard.
  • Support and help develop a positive workplace culture.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate through own actions a commitment to Health and Safety at work when undertaking work or observing others in the workplace.
  • Hold valid NZ working rights for an immediate start.
