Are you an experienced administrator with an understanding of the health sector and an interest in achieving positive outcomes for our patients?
Reporting to the Feedback Central Manager, we are seeking an Administrator for a permanent role to join our team. Feedback Central co-ordinates efficient resolution of all feedback and the management of feedback and incident systems within the organisation. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday and based at Middlemore Hospital.

This is a varied and autonomous role where you will provide a range of skilled administrative support to Feedback Central services such as, logging and management of complaints and compliments, handling escalated phone calls, liaising with service stakeholders and monitoring of corrective actions.

You will also provide cover for other team members and will work with a range of people across the organisation utilising sound collaborative and administrative skills.
