As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will lead a team of outstanding professionals, creating unforgettable culinary moments for our valued guests.


Harness your expertise in food and beverage operations to oversee the vibrant ambiance of Forage Kitchen and Bar, ensuring that they consistently surpass the highest standards of excellence.

From pioneering inventive menus to skillfully managing inventory and upholding rigorous hygiene protocols, your detail-oriented approach will elevate the overall dining voyage.


In close collaboration with the Executive Chef and diverse departments, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating flawless events and banquets, leaving a lasting impression on our discerning clientele.

Your remarkable leadership skills and unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction will cultivate a lively and harmonious work environment that nurtures individual growth and camaraderie.

Qualifications:

  • Restaurant and

Bar Expertise:
A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing restaurant and bar operations.

Proven ability to oversee daily activities, optimize seating arrangements, manage staff schedules, and ensure exceptional guest service within these outlets.


  • Cost and

Revenue Management:
Demonstrated experience in effectively managing costs and driving revenue within a food and beverage setting. Proficiency in monitoring inventory levels, implementing cost-control measures, and strategizing to enhance profitability while maintaining high-quality offerings.

  • Menu Development and Innovation: Track record of collaborating with chefs and culinary teams to develop innovative and enticing menus that align with guest preferences and market trends. Proven ability to introduce new dishes and beverages to enhance the dining experience and boost sales.
  • Event and

Banquet Coordination:
Previous involvement in coordinating and executing successful events, banquets, and private gatherings. Strong organizational skills to ensure seamless event planning, execution, and guest satisfaction, contributing to enhanced revenue opportunities.

  • Staff Leadership and Training: Experience in leading, training, and motivating staff to achieve excellence in service delivery. Proven ability to mentor teams, foster a positive work environment, and optimize staff performance to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
